"Antoinette Avalon has done more here than simply introduce the next generation of vampires, which is quite an accomplishment in itself in this somewhat overextended genre.  She has also managed to design dresses, costumes, swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, gardens, weddings, celebrity events and even women’s perfume and men’s cologne complete with designer bottles, basic formula and accompanying commercials and manages to do so quite convincingly.  Throw in a little psychology of human nature and you’re starting to get the picture.  Intrigued?  It's NOT your typical "vampire" novel.  These immortals are SEXY.  Read the book!  You won't be disappointed!"  -Bruce Mee, Editor/Publisher of Fireworks magazine in the UK-

Immortal Temptation originally received copyright in 1998.  Through a series of wrong turns in her literary career and some personal setbacks that required Antoinette to put her literary career on the back burner for several years, Immortal Temptation remains unpublished, even though it predates many works that have become popular.  It predates most of the series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the series Angel in it's entirety, for example.

Antoinette had to chuckle at the use of the character in one episode of Angel with the name of Raven, a dark haired beauty like her own character, Raven (the similarity ended at the name and looks).  It was either an incredible coincidence or somebody from the Angel camp stumbled on to Antoinette's web site and enjoyed the concept.  Antoinette's view is, "Either it's a case of brilliant minds think alike or imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.  Only the person or persons who named that character know for sure."  :o)
