Antoinette always loved writing and storytelling.  Even as a preschooler she entertained herself with fanciful stories about being a superhero, her imagination fired by the television show Batman.  In high school she enthralled her friends with wonderful “fan fiction” that put them all in primary roles of favorite television shows where they always dated the hottest guys.  As she grew, she explored her talent with poetry and short stories written “just for fun.”  Then inspiration struck.  Antoinette had always loved the vampire genre but after a while everything had a “been there, done that” flavor, at times to the point of being ridiculous.  She had read all about the origins of the actual history of vampire mythology around the world and it occurred to her that she could write a better novel, something new and different that was unlike anything else out there, something fans of the genre would love, but could also touch a much larger audience.  Thus Immortal Temptation was born.  She also concurrently began writing promotional music reviews, leading her to work with numerous individuals in the music industry, which built a strong network of professionals in the entertainment industry whose talent has been an inspiration and whose input has been invaluable.  Take a look at the Endorsements page on this web site to see comments from some of the entertainment industry professionals Antoinette has worked with!

In her personal life Antoinette loves to spend her spare time taking care of her horses and other animals as well as pursuing numerous artistic endeavors including photography and graphic design.  She is also a huge fan of Victorian gardens, floral arrangements, and holiday décor, especially Christmas.  As such, she designed the landscape around her house, loves designing faux floral displays, and puts out such elaborate displays at Christmastime that it takes weeks to complete them.  Her philosophy in life is simple.  “Have an open mind, a positive attitude, and be completely honest at all times.  Remember that there are two sides to every story.  An open mind is a sign of intelligence and strength.”  With a philosophy like that, who better to write about immortals?  Only those with the ability to keep an open mind and adapt through the ages would survive!
